Why must I return the item before you will send me a new one?

There are 2 options available to you.

Credit / Purchase a Replacement
We will arrange to have the item returned for credit. In the interim you are free to purchase a new one at your leisure. This is often the fastest method of receiving a replacement

Credit / Wait for Replacement
The more lengthier option is to wait for the returned item to be credited and a replacement order to be automatically regenerated and sent to you. In this instance, you will have to wait for the returned item to be received into our Warehouse and for it to be processed before the replacement can be sent out to you.
